Austserve has been proudly supporting our community with trusted, local IT services. From in-home technology support to complete IT solutions for small businesses, we have helped Queenslanders keep connected, productive, and supported — whether it’s maintaining existing systems, supplying new equipment, or simply being there when help is needed.
Traditionally, Austserve has worked alongside some of Australia’s largest internet and telecommunications providers as an authorised partner. While this allowed us to deliver great services, it also meant we had limited control over how those services were delivered and supported.
At the beginning of 2026, we took the next step and became a Carriage Service Provider. This gives us greater control over the quality, delivery, and support of your internet and phone services. It means we can focus on providing a better customer experience, backed by the local knowledge and personal service that our customers have trusted for decades.
Our journey doesn’t stop there. We are continuing to grow, with plans to deploy our own network infrastructure and ultimately become a Carrier. This will allow Austserve to manage more of the complete service journey — from the wider internet connection right through to your home or business.
Based just north of Brisbane in beautiful sunny Queensland, Austserve has been proudly Queensland owned and operated for over 20 years.
